CFA 5882 - A Georgian Walnut Cutlery Box/Tray

A 19th century late Georgian nicely proportioned walnut cutlery box/tray, with two sections formed by central divider, with cut-out to form a carrying handle. Although a simple basic country piece, the curve of the central divider gives a pleasing elegance so evident in pieces from Georgian times.

Cutlery trays make excellent display pieces, with as many options for filling the compartments as your imagination. Use as a cutlery tray, stationary box, tool box etc...

Good warm colour and nice patina.
