CFA 5995 - A Victorian Walnut Trumpet Sewing Box Table

Here we have a beautiful Victorian walnut trumpet sewing table with octagonal walnut top. Inside is lined with the original paper and a well fitted interior of small compartments for sewing implements, four of which are lidded in a ruby coloured material. The larger central well for wools, lace, etc is also lidded. The whole stands on a hexagonal tapering section with turned column on three carved cabriole legs.

A really pretty piece with lovely shine and patina.

Ideal for a seamstress to keep all their sewing paraphernalia.
