An Edwardian mahogany and satinwood bureau with conch shell inlay.

This is an excellent quality Edwardian bureau, the fall front is inlaid with a conch shell of various woods, both the fall front and the 4 drawers, which have their original brass handles, are cross banded in satinwood. The fall front which rests on 2 pull-out lopers, opens to reveal a very pretty interior of 3 pigeon holes suitable for letters, books etc, these are are flanked by 2 smaller pigeon holes above a small drawer (1 to each side). The whole stands on shaped bracket feet. The fall front is lockable as are the top 3 drawers. 1 key locks the bureau, whilst another key locks the 3 drawers.

Complete with keys.
