This superb early 20th century oak monks bench is in pristine showroom condition.

It is an extremely versatile, adaptable piece of furniture, providing 3 uses in 1 item: Settle, coffer and table top.

The perfect choice for entrances as a 2 seater settle, lift the seat and you have a spacious storage area, ideal for shoes, boots, umbrellas etc. That's not all, because you can lift and pull the back forward to produce a smooth surface table top. The table top is set onto the chest in such a way that when the table is not in use, the top pivots to a vertical position and becomes the back of the settle again.

In perfect condition, this desirable and much sought after monk's bench is ready to take pride of place in its new setting.
