A fabulous French 8 day gilt brass clock with candelabra garniture. The mantle clock with a 3.5" white dial with Roman numerals, the 2 train bell striking movement with outside count wheel, the ornate case with leaf and griffin cresting above a leafy mask, with an urn and flowering leaves and plants above a lions mask. The sides are decorated with classical urns and scrolls. The whole is raised upon front leafy vase shaped feet. The clock is flanked by a pair of conforming 4 branch candelabra with a central candle holder, griffin scrolling branches and are raised upon a classical urn and a mask plinth.
